I suggest that players should vs the Final Boss on hard mode (this is the REAL boss battle).

Provoked by his King into a fit of rage; the fallen Hero of the Earth, now at his lowest point. Driven by the desire to culminate, he embarks on his last journey to fulfill his destiny as he perceives it. You (the player) must guide him to his destiny.

Storm your way through 15 levels and lay waste to countless different enemies. Complete with multiple difficulties and packed with 20 achievements, Culmination is a wildly chaotic action / platform game focused on delivering a unique and grand experience.

Players with little time can get a full taste of Culmination thanks to the unique 'automatic leveling system'.

Players looking for deep experiences will find Culmination to have a well though combat system, rich with complex mechanics.

Great game! The flow of game play is smooth and I gotta say I felt like a bad ass playing it.

This game was just great. Glad it's on front page, because I was in the mood for a game just like it. The final boss battle was way easy (I cheated, you can repeat one combo and beat him easily.) But that was on normal... I'll have to try hard now.

Really great

I thought the game was really cool one aspect the boss battle on hard was rather difficult i know what your thinking duh its hard mode but i mean like it was unfair type hard like you can't jump out of his attacks and in the beginning if you get hit he will unleash this amazing combo attack that is really devistating to your health, thats it, again i really liked the game and i think its good enoff for a sequill ya know to continue the story.

Thought the game was fantastic

Loved the aesthetics of it, very smooth graphics and great music along with very engaging actual game content, but I think I might just have experienced a glitch in which in the last boss level I actually got to play as the boss? S was making me teleport, D to speed and uppercut, W to fire a lazer from above, which ultimately was all pretty damn cool, but I think it's unintentional somehow, made the fight very easy haha

Just a tweak!

I couldn't give this 10. I love it but I just couldn't.
Graphics are beautiful, gameplay is brilliant, good sounds, no lag.
But really, that real boss fight against the Lorde is ridiculous. For 20 minutes I've sat here trying to beat him. I've had him in the last half of a block of health about 30 times. Making something challenging and making it unfair are NOT the same thing. I understand what you were trying to do, but there are some major flaws.

Firstly, his attack where he moves incredibly fast then hits you. Easy enough to dodge, but then I can't hit him? And when he stands upright, sometimes I even SEE my blade mark go through him and he will hit me. The time I can hit him rather than him hitting me is literally frame-by-frame. I think this might be a hitbox error.

Secondly is his attacks themselves. If you get hit by one, you lose toward the end of the fight. He'll combo you, hit you away, teleport, hit you again and you'll have lost most of your health bar. You can't jump out of his attacks, and he can then hit you with his lightning bolt if you're not already dead. It simply isn't fair to punish a tiny mistake with such ferocitty.

Thirdly, and most majorly, is inconsistency. The fact that I can peform an S attack and he can hit me between the time it takes to land a hit is ridiculous. But to make it worse, sometimes I'll be fine, other times I won't. All judged by the distance I'm at when I start attacking. I don't have time to work out the literally 10 pixels I have to maneuver while I'm dodging his sprinting and lightning. Most noticeable was, again, right after his attack where he attempts to hit you away. His invincibility frames seemed to carry into where he could start attacking me, as I would be attacking sometimes and land a hit 1/10 of a second earlier, then get combo'd and die.

Finally, level itself. I knock him off 20 times, he teleports back. I press S one time too many and die. Raging.

A challenge is good. Very good. Games now are getting too lax. But a challenge is not the same as making some elements unfair. I can't count the number of times I would have had him if not for some absolute fraction of a second mistake in which I lose 1/3 of my health.

Please don't misunderstand this comment, I love the game. I think it's one of the best things to hit the portal all year, and it's an easy 5 from me. I just think the final boss needs tweaking so that you can learn to beat him rather than having to luck out on invincibility frames.
