Has potential. I like the idea of giving the "qwop" concept a unique goal (getting away from something) but qwop was popular because it was hard but functional, this, no offense, is not. Even after figuring out how to control, pushing his legs against the ground won't move his body off the ground.
This could have been fun if it was functional.
