Here is its eulogy, a collection of the kind words written about it while still among the living. They shall live on forever in its place.

***STRONGLY RECOMMENDED: WATCH IN FULLSCREEN***

***ALSO RECOMMENDED: WATCH THE PREVIOUS PARTS BEFORE THIS ONE***
The first three parts of the story are also available on Newgrounds or my website (www.basement-garden.co.u k), both linked through my profile.

The Boy with Nails for Eyes is set in a grimy, grey little seaside town trapped by a brick-and-iron wall of factories. The story follows a young boy as he undertakes a quest that will draw him to the town's knotted heart, and into the domain of the shadowy hunger that stalks its streets.

***

The story is best viewed in FULLSCREEN MODE, so that the text is clearly legibile without having to use the zoom function. Full instructions on viewing the story are given in the loading screen.

A lofi version of the comic, featuring the images and text only, is available on my website (www.basement-garden.co.u k), which is linked from my profile.

Unfortunately the highest file dimensions allowed by Newgrounds is even smaller than the original file dimensions, so for this reason fullscreen is an even better idea.

good work!

artwork and music fits so well together. the sweet taste of the madness creeping inside of us all delivered a abit of art is just what we need to be aware of what happends if we let our minds slip. keep up the good work!

Mesmerising

Been following the comic series as well since the beginning. And i must say i enjoyed it very much. Keep it up!

Amazing

I've been following this comic from the beginning, and am still thoroughly enjoying the work you are producing. This episode seemed a little shorter than the others which was disappointing, but it was still very enjoyable, and revealed more about the character and perhaps where this story is going. The music, as per usual, was excellent, and your art style is superb. This comic creates an atmosphere that is wholly unique, and invokes feelings i don't find anywhere else on the web. Superb use of the english language throughout, and i don't understand people complaints about trouble reading. With full-screen on everything is legible, and clicking next page IS intuitive and simple. All in all this was another great episode, and i thank you for creating it. Looking forward to the next one!

Needs beta testing.

Your pacing was off, and the format of the comic was terrible. It took me perhaps ten minutes to work out how to do anything in the comic. It should be intuitive. By having a visible move forward button.

Likewise, the extremely slow moving forward of mostly identical moving scenes is pretty weak.

The story could do well with voice acting too. It would add a lot of gravitas.

The story and graphics are pretty ok. You should keep that the same.
