The first three parts of the story are also available on Newgrounds or my website ( k), both linked through my profile.

The Boy with Nails for Eyes is set in a grimy, grey little seaside town trapped by a brick-and-iron wall of factories. The story follows a young boy as he undertakes a quest that will draw him to the town's knotted heart, and into the domain of the shadowy hunger that stalks its streets.

The story is best viewed in FULLSCREEN MODE, so that the text is clearly legibile without having to use the zoom function. Full instructions on viewing the story are given in the loading screen.

A lofi version of the comic, featuring the images and text only, is available on my website ( k), which is linked from my profile.

Unfortunately the highest file dimensions allowed by Newgrounds is even smaller than the original file dimensions, so for this reason fullscreen is an even better idea.

Great as usual.

Always a bit hesitant to engage, but reassured shortly after the beginning.

Your stories remind me of haiku printed on the fragments of paintings. Cut-up poetry against a collage of fine art. Beautifully detailed and illustrated.

My only complaint is the lack of a definitive story progression, but that fault lies somewhere between the spacing of each chapter. That, in itself, could be the problem. The project is so GRANDIOSE, the text enigmatic and the themes and visuals bold while simultaneously perplexing, it becomes very difficult to retain the entirety of the story.

The imprint is vague, it should be much more provocative for an optimal impact. You certainly have the capability, and I hope you still have room to stretch.

It's absurd to expect much more, but the potential can be magnificent.

[I'll make sure to watch all the chapters in one sequence, but I'll still argue that the memory shouldn't be refreshed.]

I've been following this comic from the beginning, and am still thoroughly enjoying the work you are producing. This episode seemed a little shorter than the others which was disappointing, but it was still very enjoyable, and revealed more about the character and perhaps where this story is going. The music, as per usual, was excellent, and your art style is superb. This comic creates an atmosphere that is wholly unique, and invokes feelings i don't find anywhere else on the web. Superb use of the english language throughout, and i don't understand people complaints about trouble reading. With full-screen on everything is legible, and clicking next page IS intuitive and simple. All in all this was another great episode, and i thank you for creating it. Looking forward to the next one!
