11/8/11 Still working on the medals guys, hang in there. Also tried some more optimizing to fix the slippery/sticky controls issue some of you have. (also, if you have a FB tab up, try closing that)

**CONTROLS** LEFT/RIGHT walk left/right UP = Jump DOWN = Raise shield (while standing)/Use Weapon(later in game,while standing)

Oyeatia, creator and god of man surrenders his deity, descending to the green earth in search of a lost love. Gyossait sleeps in the warm black heart of the dying planet, her dreams seep into the weakening minds of man. The end begins.

Update History:

11/5/11 Patched vanishing keys, walking off map, alternative ending, Medals implemented but pending.

One the more incredible of short games i have ever

This was really really amazing. The character designs, backgrounds, enemies, user controls, and level designs were perfect. Many people complained about the gameplay, such as hitting the walls and sides, but i think these features of the code are quite accurate as to what happens when a person with high velocity and some angle collides witha cieling, or with the side of a platform. I thought the controls/gameplay were excellent. The game is more enjoyable and can get away with harder and cooler things because the player isn't constantly counting his remaining lives. This also allowed the game to be longer. As to the story told in this length it, like some of the graphics, were over-the top, but were awair of being so. The hyperbole of the messages, and ov the events and outcome of the game serve to reveal how insane and terrible things seem to the characters ensconced in their own narratives. So baring the overdramaticism, the plot/ messages as well as the level designs and backgrounds (particularly the specific way the layers of backgrounds moved dependant on the character's motion) were all strongly evocative, and the playing of the game along with the fitting soundtrack only augmented and accented their affect-iveness. Well done!

I've played this game atleast 6 times...

...and I STILL can't find out how to get the alternate ending...

Seriously, at this point I'm tired of looking. Can someone who's found it please inbox me instructions on how to acquire that?

Despite that, I truly love this game, mostly for the story, I don't know exactly why, but I like it.
