What Lancer said

If you notice the fastplays on youtube, for example go to youtube and look for video jwC544Z37qo aka 'invisible tetris' notice the lag time before 'final placement' on those super-fast levels before the guy's game goes invisible. You NEED this lag time for dealing with certain odd configurations. Nice twist on Tetris though. Also you should pop some webcode into this so it could be a weird co-op multiplayer thing, I think that would be a fun avenue to look at. A slightly wider screen + 3 people attempting to work together as an optional setting for iphone/android users. I think that would make for a good office game.

as far as challenges go since jjsmster mentioned it, you could have various shapes premade with a special kind of brick and the goal would be to eliminate the shape from the board. I feel this would be better for this than normal tetris because then you could strategically pick which blocks to put first to blast through the stage faster.

A little mediocre, but vaguely promising in design

Obviously it's nothing that's going to change the world, but for what it's worth the ability to control three pieces at once proved for a surprisingly interesting twist. One thing though: we should be able to move the piece around for another second after it's on the last row.
