SAS3 was a long time in the making. We had so many people email and ask that we make SAS2 into a multiplayer game, and eventually we agreed it would rock if we did it. However it was easier to just completely remake the game as a sequel than to retrofit into SAS2. In the end it took way more time and effort than we ever thought.

Here it is finally for those who haven't already been playing it on

You can play single player or multiplayer, in either mode you get experience and rank up and unlock new stuff.

We have loads of updates planned, new guns, maps, game modes etc.

Game is pretty fun, but

Logging in through mochi to save was nothing but a pain in the butt. I've logged in 5 times but the game has no idea. Sort of dumb.

The game itself is pretty fun, didn't get far because I'm having problems saving, but oh well. Maybe it's just me. Good game overall.

A bit of a double feeling

This game has a lot of content, but a single player campaign that gets you only part of the way to it. Even after failing the final level several times I still only have level 7. I was fully expecting a second campaign popping up. I beat the game with the skorpion after all.

It's not that the campaign is too short, but for me it would feel better with a steeper curve and faster levelling. Most of those awesome weapons I was looking forward to using can now only be unlocked during the post-single player void, not the best part of most games. And I suppose this hurts the premium content too. If the game is fully beatable with the early weapons, why pay for a flame thrower? (Besides flame throwers being awesome that is.)

However, leaving it at that for a review does not do the game justice. I had a lot of fun after all. The game looks good, plays good, the level designs are nice (especially the castle, even though it's much easier to beat it if you don't use any of the interior) etc etc. One minor issue is the broken barricades not being passable by the player. Yes, it does prevent all sorts of weird bugs, but it still feels unnatural. It's a really good game really, the difficulty curve just makes no sense.

Cool game.

Anyway, could you like, center the camera on my guy? or make it a toggle option somewhere? and how about decreasing the hp on the nests?

Btw, pretty awesome everywhere else.

Cool buuut...

This would have gotten a higher rating from me if I had more to work with.
1. I wish to see my teammate's health bars and re-spawn timers.
2.Purge starts off moderately and then gets harder.
3.Team chat would be very helpful. Quick commands preferably.
4. Extended calm time to reload guns
5.More Maps!

Meh... its ok I guess

7 because it worked, the controls handled well and such.
but honestly I found it kinda boring...
