SAS3 was a long time in the making. We had so many people email and ask that we make SAS2 into a multiplayer game, and eventually we agreed it would rock if we did it. However it was easier to just completely remake the game as a sequel than to retrofit into SAS2. In the end it took way more time and effort than we ever thought.

Here it is finally for those who haven't already been playing it on ninjakiwi.com.

You can play single player or multiplayer, in either mode you get experience and rank up and unlock new stuff.

We have loads of updates planned, new guns, maps, game modes etc.

Enjoy SAS3!

I think it's a flash version of Left 4 Dead (especially 4 Players' co-op) - and it's great! :D

great game, the online play was awesome, the storyline was a bit short.....and easy. i think the only thing i would do to this game is implement a chat system and possibly a lobby...it kinda sucked cuz i got #1 in almost all my matches and saw a few ppl that were skilled but i couldn't gloat (not that im much of a gloater) or give the players with skill any ego boosting words.

other than that this has been a great improvement to the series and i eagerly await more =]

The only reason there's stuff to buy on this game is because they want some support for future games and add-ons to this game. More than likely, they're paying for multiplayer servers. At least it's not like WoW where you have to pay just to play the game, so stop whining, especially when you're not buying the extra content. In anycase, SAS3 is a great addition to the series, and I hope they make more games in the future to continue this series.
