From Homestuck, on my webcomic, mspaintadventures.com.
Obviously makes more sense if you are caught up on the whole story, but hope you enjoy anyway!
edit: Thanks to those who've watched it and left comments. The small file size is just the loader, the rest of the movie is about 50 MB, hosted elsewhere on NG. Tom is graciously helping me host this file for my site, and since it's already on here, I thought it would be cool to drop it in the portal.
If you're watching this and already read Homestuck, thanks for following. If you're new to it, hope you like it and will consider checking out the story. There are many animations of this sort, making much more sense in context.

Intensely satisfying finale to a very long act.
Act 5 was the longest act in all of Homestuck, and this animation tied it up very nicely. The art style is fantastic, the music is engaging and the animation is very fluid. Hardly a single word has to be uttered during the entirety; viewers just *watch* it unfold, and the images speak for themselves.
I'm really looking forward for future chapters. This animation completely blew me away and is deserving of any accolade that comes its way.

Well, then.
I don't look at Homestuck much. For me, it's too late into the story to fully understand it, and quite frankly, too much work. But this animation is possibly the best thing I've ever seen.

Good sir, have you no shame?
Here we are, waiting for eons for an update and then you go and give us this... this... INTENSE MINDBLOWING PILE OF EPIC?! The first time I watched, I could not even process the sheer awesome everything of what was going on due to my excitement. Was this worth the wait? Absolutely not. IT WAS WORTH ETERNITY. :)
I haven't been following Homestuck for as long as some of your other fans, but I joined in in time to get used to the frequent updates, only to be suckerpunched by the more-than-worth-it-hiatus. It was awful. It was empty. It was... Well. It's over now. And in its place is this blessed thing, like an oasis in a desert, or candy corn in a stylish fedora, or even a gambit schema carved from a nonexistent pumpkin.
I think the whole entirety of the universe (Bilious Slick and otherwise) will agree with me when I say that Homestuck deserves its own adjective. Awesome. Epic. Mindblowing. These words. They fail to capture the true... indescribable essence of the calamity that is Homestuck.
And this flash. Oh GOG this flash. Act 5 was a doozy. It makes sense that its EOA animation is one as well. This had a ton of stuff going on... A lot of character deaths... like WV. WV was my favorite. :( The Mayor of Cantown will be forever loved and eternally remembered. Bec PM had better give Bec Noir whatfor. I'm looking forward to that confrontation.
And the tumor creating the Green Sun OHMYJEGUS I did NOT see that coming! How do you do it Hussie?! How do you make everything work so WELL?!
I love it. I love this, I love the people you get together to help you with the music and the everything, I love you.
And this FLASH. I cannot get OVER IT. I showed this to my sister, who I have many times in the past attempted to convince to read Homestuck. I failed to convince her every time. And then she saw this and so was swayed. She has blazed through three acts in as many night. Because of this flash. This marvelous, beautiful thing that is amazing even without knowing what is going on, and is enhanced when that knowledge is had.
I. I. I need to stop rambling now.
Muchloves. Much.
