From Homestuck, on my webcomic,

Obviously makes more sense if you are caught up on the whole story, but hope you enjoy anyway!

edit: Thanks to those who've watched it and left comments. The small file size is just the loader, the rest of the movie is about 50 MB, hosted elsewhere on NG. Tom is graciously helping me host this file for my site, and since it's already on here, I thought it would be cool to drop it in the portal.

If you're watching this and already read Homestuck, thanks for following. If you're new to it, hope you like it and will consider checking out the story. There are many animations of this sort, making much more sense in context.

I've been a Homestuck fan for almost a year now, and have always been impressed by the Flash pages. [S] Jade: Enter had been my favorite Flash after first seeing it, and it has never stopped impressing me.

But [S] Cascade. My sweet Lord. I was, quite literally, rendered speechless that first few minutes after watching it. It helped that I was alone and had no one to speak to, but even so, I had to take a moment to even blink. If every fiction were of the same quality as these 13 minutes and 14 seconds, my bedroom would be a labyrinth of book shelves and movie racks.

If anyone watching [S] Cascade isn't reading Homestuck yet, I will tell you now: You cannot say you won't and be considered as possessing your full faculties, because while this is the best it gets, none of Homestuck is far behind.

Your creative storytelling and visuals astound!

Yeah, for those of you who haven't been following the comic, none of this will make any sense at all. But visually, still super cool.

I just wanted to say that this animation is proof of your amazing storytelling skills, and your ability to put it all into incredible cinematics. The only criticism I'd say is that even though I've been following homestuck since day 1, your huge animations like this one sometimes weave together so many things that have happened so far, and so quickly, that I don't necessarily recall the details of those events and am left somewhat confused about the storyline. I get the gist of it, enough to continue following the comic, but it still leaves me somewhat confused. I think maybe sometimes your story is TOO complex for your own good. Nevertheless, I am always impressed with all those ideas you come up with.

I've been following your site since the days of Problem Sleuth, which inspired me to totally copy you and make my own version of the MSPA comics. Thanks for the good ideas to steal! Ha ha! Still, my brain can't keep up with your amazing storytelling.

Keep up the good work!!!!

This is insanely epic.

Watching this, I can't believe you're the same guy who unleashed the horror of Sweet Bro and Hella Jeff upon the world. Seriously, just how HIGH do you even have to BE just to DO something like that?

I can't read your webcomic to save my damn life

But this is pretty fucking incredible- okay evidently from my score I'm not floored because it's minimally animated but I assume this perfectly fits with your homestuck theme.

I'll read your webcomic one day just to see why people love it so much.
