This was at first a chore, but the more I made, the more I liked it. It's an odd trend that my toons tend to start weak and end strong. There a few bugs and hiccups here and there. I couldn't be arsed to fix them. I just fixed the major problems I saw.

If anyone knows how I can export a more higher quality video for youtube, I'd love to hear it, PM me please.

Feel free to recommend this for the 2011 Halloween collection.

My little pony is copyright to Hasbro and this video is intended to be a non-profit fan based parody.

UPDATE: To those of you voting this submission low simply because it kills off Rainbow Dash: Grow the fuck up. It's a non-canon parody of a fan fiction about fictional characters that don't exist (redundancy much?). You were warned twice! Verbally and in writing. Focus on the work and how well it portrays the fan fiction and NOT on how I killed off Rainbow Dash. For fucks sake, kids...

Update2: I haven't a clue as to why there's a "2011 Movie of the Year Award" underneath the underdog of the week. Any explainations?

Nice!

It was great... well, I mean, the story was bizarre, but the animation is great! But it could have been a little bit longer.
The animation is good, the soundtrack is also good, it needs voices, blah, blah, blah.
Overall, it was awesome. Good work.

On a side note: I do not mean to offend any comrade of the brony community. I, a brony, kinda enjoyed the story, in a literate way, but it was very disturbing in a brony point of view.
What did you expect? I am, disgracefully, a cold person.

Very dark

On the lightest term I might also slap the mild adult rating on this for the weak at heart who watch this. I knew this flash would happen one day and I agree with the viewer discretion placed on the video, this would not be something someone light of heart or young would be able to stand without possibly vomiting. However I did like how you stuck close to the fan fiction while only missing the voices.

However I guess with vocals had you done that that it would take a lot longer as you would have to splice the audio and that takes a good amount of time to just make it sound like they are saying something so the music was very nice and gave a dark heartbreaking feel to this whole animation too.

I found this to be a very dark and heartbreaking piece based on the written piece of the same name. Reading it broke your heart as well as you never thought Pinkie could go so dark and I guess anyone who read it before seeing Party of One forever had their innocent hearts and minds broken of what Pinkie would do at the party by herself. I was glad to see she forgave them for being sneaky about giving her her birthday as well which makes everything alright once more thankfully.

The animation and story itself is so sad and painful to watch for some but I guess those who see a lot of horror movies would likely have no problem with this anyways. The animation was excellent to watch though and I enjoyed it for the most part nailing the story itself. It was real sad at the end seeing what she does to Rainbow Dash. I guess the only way it could have been more disturbing is if she was wearing her dress made of cutie marks at the end of the animation while we see Twilight peek her head in through the door too.

The details I saw here were nothing short of dark and accurate and you feel deeply sorry for Rainbow Dash the whole way as you have no real idea what she did to do this or even why Pinkie Pie began doing any of these things to her best friends and other innocent ponies unfortunate enough to consume that cupcake which makes me think. Why did she never pull the cupcake out of Rainbow Dash anyways?

The audio used here was great and the little spliced speech at the end was nice since you get a feeling that Twilight Sparkle may have had something a bit different administered to her instead of a cupcake so she could begin tormenting her until she died.

Overall, I found this to be incredibly dark and very accurate to the story. Very well done and gruesome job here. Very nice Halloween piece as well....

MikeandTreyVideo responds:

Thank you for the detailed review. Love those. A huge problem with putting voices in a cartoon to mimic another cartoon is 1) finding the actors and 2) getting them to actually do the voices on time.

I set up my own deadlines and actors would've made sure that this wouldn't be done until late november. I really did not enjoy doing what I did to rainbow dash. I'm sure you noticed I took some creative liberties (excluding the hacksaw and using a wall switch instead of a car battery) and hopefully the 13 year olds who watch this will realize it.
