Old Doctor Who = Yay!
Fourth Doctor = Yay!
Dalek noise!!! = Double Yay!!
Opening = Yay!
Tardis noise!!! = Yaaay!!
Simple frames = Umm....Yay?
Paint Tardis = umm..... yeah...
A pretty flower = okaaaay.
Microsoft Sam = .....
Daleks not using the awesome clip from the beginning = Yeah I'm out of here.
On the bright side, I DID watch it all the way through, and the flower's snarky comment in the first frame about the love interests was funny.... if a bit hard to understand. and by "a bit" I mean "trying to listen to a radio station through a ton of static".
If you can grab Microsoft Sam audio, SURELY you can use a voice changer to edit the pitch of your voice acting? Right??
