Hi everyone! I got inspired to remake another classic after some suggestions on my previous game, DK Arcade. This was a fun project that took me roughly a month of hard work to pull off. It turned out much bigger than I anticipated since in the middle of production, I got the idea of creating a new game and changing a bunch of things to the original.
This game features 2 games within: Jetpac and Rocket!
Jetpac is the original version some may remember with many features and changes made by myself. Among the most notable changes, are Powerups and Bombs! Collect them as they fall to gain new powers and unlock secrets!
Rocket is a new game I implemented where you navigate your Rocket across space, collecting Items and avoiding the enemies for as long as you can! You get to unlock new rockets depending on how far you get on Jetpac. The collectable items are colored in Yellow, and the enemies are colored in Red. You must re-fuel your rocket with fuel packs along the way or you'll find yourself with an unresponsive rocket navigating through space!
I'm happy I managed to finish this pretty quickly and submit new things to NG, I hope everyone enjoys this as much as I enjoyed making it!

Nice remake, only played the game before on DK64 but it is similar for me which is good, it is more difficult however, but that is good imo. An easy mode might be good for people like me who fail though. Over all a very fun version of the game and nice to play it.

This is so creative! I haven't played the original version, but I can tell that it is cool. The sound effects are so funny! The explosions sound like farts! There is a little problem which makes it a bigger problem. The character and the menu selection get controlled by itself and moves it to places where I don't want to, well, it makes it bigger because I end up losing for that. Also, it looks imposible to beat Level 8. The enemies just follow you and when they are above your head you can't avoid it and you end up loosing. Could you please tell me how to avoid the enemies on Level 8? The game represents your effort on it! Keep up the good work and have a nice day.

Wow, i love this game... But, sometimes enemies caught in the ground D: . But, GOOD WORK MAKING THIS GAME. Awesome.

I loved this one
so fast so interesting, i havent paleyd the original one, but I wonder if you could do a better edition, with other kind of puzzles, the graphics are pretty fine, but i think that making some new and interestig could be the addition to solve some puzzle like the first one wich is to repair the ship.
