My frist impression good.
Pros
There's a story.

No sound's or music.
No smooth animation.

This is my frist list thing. Yush its a good start.

Why do you call me "gay" I've done nothing, Charlie is the one that trolls. Plus It's my brother who comments badly on your videos, ON MY ACCOUNT! I actually like some of the stuff in Randomized! It's funny! Plus good Mortal kombat parody very funny!

Not that unique
I remember Randy Solem making these kinds of cartoons, only better. I think the weakest thing here is how the sounds are way off. You could have tried to get the entire "Fatality" thing in the audio part. It sounds like you just got the "lity" part. While a funny idea in theory, you should have tried to make better sounds or any sounds at all in the first part. The MK series has such great music and sound effects it seems a shame to ignore them.
Anyway, the joke itself wasn't that bad. I guess I'm just so used to seeing MK parodies that have many parts in a row that I was underwhelmed. It seems like the guy at the end is saying, "Toasties". I always thought he said "Whoopsies". Have I really been long all these years, nah, you must have just used a bad audio sample.
Actually, he did say "Toasty" in Mortal Kombat (a reference to Scorpion's fatality) and the not fully hearing the sound is a glitch I noticed. It works fine on everything other than Flash (the Youtube version works properly) and I have no idea who Randy Solem is (but I guess your talking about the Mortal Kombat parodies which inspired this...)
