Always liked the Last Stand series, and this one is no different. Good job!

prettty good

this game is the flash version of Left 4 Dead
it is still a really good game but for the people who have left 4 dead, its nothing special
but still 8/10 4/5

it has every bit of fallout in the game, still good though

Awesome! Lots of fun, but one important bug.

Fantastic concept, pretty intuitive gameplay, lots of upgrades and leveling to keep it interesting- just a really fun zombie adventure game. The only complaint I have is that the game periodically does not recognize keyboard commands, e.g. when the game tells me to press " G" to save a buddy, I press G and nothing happens. I've had to leave behind two people so far because of that, and it's killed me three times because I couldn't disengage from the infected or even fight back. Fix that problem and this game will be a perfect ten.

A cut above

I find this game has a lot of issues that really drag down the playing experience, however i have to recognise the sheer amount of work that's gone into it. compared to most other flash games ion existence, it's a masterpiece.

That said, it's far from perfect. The biggest issue for me is the framerae/ While it's pretty stable normally, i find it slows right down when more than one or two zombies are onscreen. Slow framerate alone i could handle, however this is often accompanies by control lag. The game will keep on running, and the zombies keep on hitting me. but for a good 2-4 seconds at a time, i'm stuck being unable to control anything, while my character keeps walking in a straight line, or shooting the floor, or whatever i was doing last. more than once i've gotten killed by this.

my experioence so far shows guns to be largely not worth it. i've settles on using an assault rifle and levelling automatics skill as an experiment, but i'm still missing the majority of shots with a skill of ~60, using a burst fire rifle that has 6.5 accuracy. What i find especially irksome is that your random number generator seems completely broken It will quite often decide that i'm just not getting to hit an enemy, and i can unload an entire clip into it and miss EVERY shot.

maybe you've out in some evasion mechanic that's hidden, but it seems certain zombies are difficult to shoot. notably fat ones, and ones in security uniforms. you'd think a fat zombie would be a bigger target, yet they seem to dodge bullets like it's the matrix.

I ended up relying on my fire axe most of the time. a far more reliable weapon with 100% accuracy. The bullet issue is compounded by the fact that the sleep/hunger system inherently favours melee. Food is far, far, FAR easier to comeby than safehouses to sleep in, and you end up wandering around most of the game well fed and exhausted, thus crippling your ranged abilities even more

i'm using google chrome, 2.2ghz on a dual core pc, 3GB ram, with an nvidia 8800 video card. I think you really need to look at optimising performance, and fixing a lot of imbalances that make it less fun to play
