Play in Survivor mode for a more realistic experience where the need food and sleep will be added to your survival requirements. Or play in Run'n'Gun mode and blast your way to freedom.

this game is almost perfect

i dont like last-stand games, either the 2D up-side view version, or the survivals one, but this one, I LOVE IT!

for "jebuspwns"

i am sorry that your slow computer cant run the game, mine does, and no, is not perfect, is slow to, maybe you are using your school slow computer, also, is not buggy, and if you cant shoot, is because you selected the most innacuarate class, and just used the first (and damaged) fire weapons, please, think before you review a game like this one, those games decerve to be in this big page

Horrendous framerate. Bugs out the ass. Oh that's cool, the shit frame rate made me have to spam g to save my companion, who then took my weapon thanks to the laggy spam and then died. After which I couldn't res her while she had my best weapon. Your fleshed out RPG system doesn't mean shit when the game is laggy and buggy. Also, guns are almost entirely worthless because they miss over half the time and just piss off all the zombies.

Difficult as fuck, but pretty fun.

One of the hardest goddamn games I've ever played. It's entertaining, but frustrating as all hell. Perhaps more difficulty settings than just Run'n'Gun and Survival.

(1) The ceilings

These goddamn things collapse all the time, and they always seem to get between you and the only exit in the room. So you have to fight your way through no less than five zombies to leave.

(2) Crawlers and dogs

These fuckers are damn near impossible to hit. Even when you crouch, they always seem out of your reach. If you're facing one crawler and a couple of zombies, you're fucked, even if they're all on the same side of you.

(3) Guns

These things are more trouble than they're worth. They're loud, inaccurate, and when you select a new gun, or look through a few guns before deciding which one to equip, they always start out unloaded. The problem with this is that it's always unexpected, not just the first time, so I find myself walking into a room with an unloaded gun, leaving to reload, then coming back in. When firing any gun, except for a silenced one, I find myself surrounded on all sides by more zombies than using a gun is worth. I used a crowbar the whole game, because it was the only reliable, worthwhile weapon.

(4) Graphics/Animation

The detail is really good in this game, better than I expected it to be. It doesn't get repetitive or sloppy in any areas. The walking animation is smooth as well, not choppy or uncomfortable.

(5) Controls

Shooting and hitting the enemies is a bit of a challenge, but you get used to it quickly. Jumping and walking seem to be alright. Crouching, however, as I mentioned above, is not quite low enough, and it is difficult to hit low enemies with.

(6) Crowded Rooms

Now, in a large room or hallway, it's natural that I find several zombies in the area. In fact, it would be boring not to. However, when I walk into a small room crammed with six or seven of these fuckers, it gets a bit ridiculous, to the point where I almost never get to go in a room to search, because I'll die if I stay there.

(7) Side Quests

These were fun, and while I felt that there could have been a bit more of them, I think they were an innovative idea that's rarely involved in many games of this type.

Overall, I give this a 7/10. It's not a bad game, but there's a lot of room for improvement. To be fair, however, it's a very complicated game to work with, and it's not going to be perfect no matter what. It's obvious you put a significant amount of hard work and effort into this, so I'd like to say that this was a pretty good game, and you did a good job.
