Game lags like a Mother

Excellent design, great concept, but when you get attacked by a horde the thing lags so much that you die without firing a shot. I tried playing this with a data stick as extra RAM and killing off excess programs and it still froze on me. The engine was not strong enough for the idea, but it was cool.

Bug?

Ok, first off, pretty good so far. A bit of lag, but it doesn't break the game. Now for the bug(?): I just picked up an item called "undefined" with a weight of "undefined"... looks like the randomizer derped...

Good game, but clunky

I've been looking forward to this game for quite some time, and it was very different than I expected it to be. The giant change to the entire mechanics were overall quite fun; I liked the previous two games, and I'd love to play a real successor to them, but this was fun as well.

My biggest problem is that the game itself was clunky. The controls were okay, but the game often lagged like a bitch when there were a bunch of zombies on the screen, to the point where most of the times I died, I was just being beaten to hell while lagging. And, I feel as though the leveling mechanic, while okay, could have been better.

Finally, my last critique, is that the premium content stuff was sorely lacking. If I'm going to actually pay for something, I'd like the content to actually be interesting. I mean, a tiny quest is fun and all, but the items were lacking and the fact that it wasn't evident that there even was premium content until the end of the game rather annoyed me, since the premium content was so lower-level.

In all, I enjoyed the game, but it wasn't what I was expecting. I'd love an upgraded, faster running version of this game, but if I really got my wish, I'd want a true successor to the original two games. Something along the lines of a game with improved features, more than linear gameplay, and expanded options.

Still, it was a fun game.
