Sketch Quest is an action-platformer that uses a unique drawing mechanic to have the player customize their character. You control a character in a high-school student's notebook and earn/draw weapons and enemies as you advance through the levels.
This project was developed by five students at the Vancouver Film School Game Design program over 3 months.

Creative, but...
It has a very nice concept, letting you draw your own weapons and accessories, in a simple way that doesn't really affect the gameplay othet than in a visual way.
But the sceneries aren't very clear and are too busy, sometimes I just noticed my character because of the colors on him. You were too accurate on picturing a students notebook, on the other hand xD
Other thing that bothered me was the fact that the game didn't tell how to use the weapons, I had to figure it out by my own by mashing the buttons, and even knowing how to, the enemies acted too fast and it took a few hits to finish them, even in the first level.

I reallly loved doing to drawing part it was cute, simple, and fun(: But theirs to many enemies and to many places where you can die easily and thankfully you dont lose progress when you do!
