Sketch Quest is an action-platformer that uses a unique drawing mechanic to have the player customize their character. You control a character in a high-school student's notebook and earn/draw weapons and enemies as you advance through the levels.

This project was developed by five students at the Vancouver Film School Game Design program over 3 months.

The music is VERY repetitive. Otherwise GREAT.

It's ok... The drawing part is nice, but the level designs aren't too good, and the music is a bit iffy :P

And for some reason I have constant lag.

It's not the best.

The concept is all good and well, though, in my opinion, it feels a BIT too much like Drawn to Life, except with not-as-good level design. Indeed, sometimes it feels the only way you can get through a level is from the fact you have infinite lives, not from skill. The especially annoying thing is, as I stated, level design.

Needs tremendous improvement, but a good concept.
