Read please! :P

So here we go again, Madness Day!
This is what I was able to put together in probably 15-20 hours, so as you can understand, it's somewhat rushed and that will probably be noticed when you watch it. The talking in the beginning has this noise that I just couldn't remove, I couldn't find the time to do it :O
I know there are many things that could be improved and all, but I still would appreciate if you left a comment and told me what you think is good/bad. Personaly I think the credits (lmfao) is the best :3

And because of the little time I had on this, I know it won't get a good score, but please watch the whole thing before voting :)

Great effort, but lacking in detail.

A few things majorly stood out to me in this animation. I loved how fluid the "Kill the sheriff" scene looked, I really started to feel like the animation was starting to pick-up at this point. The Back-Flip animation that followed was equally great, and I really started to get into this! After that clip though, I started to see what I feel might have been a bit of laziness peaking through...

Things I would have focused on a little more:
- The vocal work in this was pretty muddy sounding, and overall really quiet compared to the other audio
- A lot of the other audio effects were also kinda loud, and harsh on the ears
- Did he finish all of the achievements?
- The story was somewhat hard to follow; the list in the beginning moved by really fast, and I found it hard to understand where the story was going.

Overall; great effort, but try to focus more on little details in the future.
You obviously have some great skills, but you just need to spend more time honing in on the little things.

Actually, the sheriff and backflip part is where I spent most of my time, I would have done the same on everything else but ran out of time :/

Yeah, I'll spend much more time on AM2, don't worry :)

Love it.

The only reason why I didn't give a 10 is because it was a little too short. I can understand if you had to rush for Madness Day, but... oh well.

I hope you make an Achivement Madness 2 that includes the other misc. on the list. :)

Deathisawesome responds:

Thanks to all reviews asking for AM2, I will make it :D
And I will probably update the achivement list, adding stuff and so :P

Short But Sweet

I didn't really know what to make of this just going by the title, but after watching it, I think its very appropriate.

I must admit I was rather unimpressed with the beginning. I didn't understand why Hank was reading about achievements, the sound was off, and the voice acting was less than satisfactory in my opinion.

Thankfully it soon picked up, and everything vastly improved. The animation seemed a little choppy in places, and generally not particularly smooth, but it wasn't anything major. The colour was good and some of the changes in the style of art, like when Hank and Clown clash really popped out for me.
The sound also took a good step in the right direction.

Generally I cant say this is anything special, but it's an idea I haven't seen before, with some pleasing art, and sometimes very satisfying sound effects, so I really cant complain.

Good job! Keep working on improving, and I'm looking forward to seeing what you do next year.

Let's disect this short video...

Story/Ideas: The idea of this sounds really cool, and I wish Krinkels had a special feature as bonus in each of his Madness videos, where each time Hank did something unique or something like that, an achivement would pop up at the top-right hand corner of the screen. Cool idea.

Animation: Okay I guess. Normally this isn't something I pay very much attention to, so I guess we can move on.

Voice acting: Not very good. Hank's voice is very slow and can barely keep up with the subtitles, and overall Hank's voice in general sounds bad. It's sounds like he got drunk and just woke up after passing out from some really crazy night. Personally, I don't think you're even fit for voice acting.

OVERALL: Pretty good. The achivement idea reminds me of the trophy's on PS3. Completely useless, unless you wanna look cool. Good movie man, but PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, FIX YOUR VOICE. Then again, I'm used to more top quality voice actors, like Egoraptor or TomaMoto. Still, good video though.

Deathisawesome responds:

Haha, I agree, I should get someone to do voices for me :) I probably will for my next movie, I just didn't have time to find someone for this one :)
