Your animation needs some serious work.

The word 'shootout' generally implies several people getting shot at. All this animation seems to be is one dude getting shot in the head and then some random crazy people flying down the street shooting at random ... doing weird barrel rolls.

First run through though I have to say I found it slightly amusing when the guys started barrel rolling ... after the first roll though it immediately became redundant.
I can't completely flame the hell out of this since it's stated in the description that this is totally random and completely stupid. Honesty went a ways here it seems
