i cant even get past the start

Smashing, lad! Just smashing!
Beautifully designed. However, firing the chain can sometimes be difficult for my netbook mouse. Think you could add an option to allow firing the cannon with the spacebar instead of the mouse buttons for better control?
The flaw with the chain gun is that it is not the best short range weapon. The hero needs to defend himself better when the gun jams or the chain is being used elsewhere. Allow him to punch the adorable hun enemies. (I punch you because love you, chap! *BAMF!*)
Also, you know you can change the cursor icon in flash. A steampunk target is in order.
