some words for those who still can read and still can change something:

We all have a dream. We can call it understanding of truth or connection with god or accord to the Great order- it doesn't really matter. And we all are trying to match it in some way.
Sometimes there are powerfull advisers coming to guide us.
Here comes a really BIG question: will you follow the authority or follow your heart?
Yes, this movie is full of picture and sound symbols, yes, it's about loneliness in modern society, yes it is about keeping nature clear and returning to Great harmony, yes it's about technocracy and global addiction to technologies, and about religion...
Tell me, what do you see here, how do you understand this animation.

Allright- "underdog of the week", I've just read what does that means.
Ok, that award clearly separated those who can watch, think and express their opinion from those, who can just watch.
Anyway award is award, thank you very much for interesting reviews and if you have questions on what did I really mean creating this- write me a PM.

I really don't get it O_O

But im shocked this only got daily second...i mean honestly...this is a masterful piece of work. The animation is so smooth, yet you do so much with every scene.

Again I dont get what its supposed to be about though, but I do find im very touched by the symbolisms.

Very nice.

I love the art direction, the message, the sound and the story. Actually, it reminds me a lot of The Little Prince.

Very cool work, my friend.

Brilliantly animated, smooth and colorful. I love stories told well without exposition, and this gets your ideas across very quickly without being heavy-handed. Interesting art, sort of a retro-surrealist kind of public-television animation thing maybe?
I also find it very cool that this piece was able to open so many discussions about technology and nature, judging from the comments below, without condescending or being trite.
Great work, my friend!

thought-provoking

First, fantastic short, but technology is not at odds with nature. Nothing is generically evil or good, once again like weapons it is how we use it. The weapon / technology itself is of no harm, but the people who use it defines it.

It's like a piece of art, interpretations vary from one to another, therefore the artwork itself has no set meaning, only we as viewers set its meaning for it.

Put it this way - technology is behind pollution, but only for those who seek profit in this capitalist world, yet others can make use of technology to save natural resources and develop green energy. The internet has obliterated personal privacy, and did much to spread idiocracy, but it has finally achieved that which the world has dreamt of - the linking of the world under one great cyberspace that transcends physical distance.

Fashion magazines devalue women and enforce an intolerable social standard according to some, but it has heightened fashion, or to a wider sense, art itself. Drunk, wasted stars "promoted" stupidity as "cool", but other stars promote the better aspects of life - intellectuality, sensibility, responsibility.

So it is still us, who operates technology, should be blamed for, not technology itself. No inventor wishes his invention to bring evil, but under the hands of some, it does, but is technology at fault for existing in the first place?

Can't generalise about things, even if we unintentionally do it anyway.
