This should be rated U for Unsuitable for Everyone

Though I understand you wanted this to be humorous, it isn't. I recommend you change the rating from "Everyone" to "Mature". If not, your flash will be considered out of compliance and will more than likely be "Blammed".

Lame

First of all, a flash featuring nothing but an animated penis is NOT "Suitable for everyone!" As for quality, while it helps to know that it's under the "spam" genre, it's not even that good of spam. There's just nothing worth watching here. If you had ran with the (immature) theme and had some more variation, or actual dance moves or something, I dunno... would've been better.
