Lizards are where it's at.
I've been planning this flash for ages but never had the time. I wish I could have spent longer on this to make it more detailed but work gets in the way. I wanted to play with animating space and landscapes and sky scapes. I'm pretty much happy with how it came out, though plan to make more animations like this in the future, so feedback would be good fellers! I've already seen some things I'd like to change and I think some of the transitions could be smoother, but if I don't put it up now I never will!

Awesome flash
It was wonderful, especially the lizard; he's very cute. It was really funny to see all those aliens' eyes go with the eyes of the lizard. The music made the movie even more appealing. And I didn't think that the mountains needed more detail, this flash is cute because of its simplicity.
One thing you could explain better though is what the aliens wanted. Did they want to know who lives on planet earth, or just make friends?
Maybe it's just me, but I think that you could've done more with the ending of the story. Maybe a small hug or something?

Surprisingly Good
To be quite honest, I wasn't expecting much when I saw this on front page. But I was really pleasantly surprised, this flash brought a smile to my face.
It was cute and really quite interesting. I agree with the comments below, the facial expressions of the lizard were cute and quite well done. I like your style.
I agree with your synopsis too - Landscape and sky needed more detail. Also movement - A lot of the movement could've been improved, which is why I am giving an 8.
But really, great work! I look forward to seeing more of your stuff :)

In the land of Lounge Lizards
I think the music fits almost perfectly to the flash. Just as if the song was writting with that animation in mind, very nice.
I liked the graphics a lot. They may not be the best one on Newgrounds, but I really like your style. A bit comical, but yet quite detailed. I also liked the facial expressions of the lizard. They looked rather cute.
Maybe I don't understand the flash fully, but this is how it goes with most animations or movies. Sometimes there are things you can't figure out and you spent some time thinking about the intentions. Usually I like those flashes and movies best, because I actually have to think about the meaning.
