Alight is a platformer that mixes exploration and reflexes and more than a little story. Move with the arrow keys, fly with the space bar or up arrow. If you find yourself having trouble getting much altitude, trying pressing the space bar at a slower pace until you find the right rhythm. And remember that you can always drop down out of a flock of birds without using a flap of your wings with the down arrow key.

Every time you enter a door, your game is automatically saved, and you can replay a level at any point.

Awesome game!

I honestly thought this game was very enjoyable. The music, art, and storyline made it worth while. I didn't get to finish the whole thing because the computer shut off on me and BOY was I pissed. I saw all the low comments and ratings and thought I wouldn't like it either, but actually playing it for 15 minutes or so I began to really like it. Keep it up, you're on your way to something BIG! (:

too slow

i know you were going for some sentimental mawkish bs... who hasn't? seems like theres a bunch of these games and they are all the same. very generic. id say this is a bit sub par comparatively speaking because the controls are very sluggish and the visuals arent that pretty. ive kind of had enough of these games as well. i wish they would stop getting made, they are ruining this portal. they take little to no effort to make, just some guy who smokes alot of whatever then writes down some non-sequiter blurbs that have a veneer of deep thought, but dont go much further than superficial nonsense about a less-than-extraordinary life occurrence. for those reading: dont be fooled! do not get sucked into the faddish trance of so-called "deep thought" games. take a step back, and realize that this game sucks.

Good story and music but boring gameplay

I really liked the story and it was the one thing that kept me coming back to the game even after i got bored with gameplay after level 3
PROS
-awesome music selection really fit the tone and mood of the game
-the story was interesting and compelling and once you finally figured out what was going on you wanted to hear more just to see if you were right
-interesting idea for the world that slowly began to deteriorate as the story went on
CONS:
-the gameplay gets boring fast and i found myself just doing the platforming to find more story bubbles, story is only part of the gameplay you should be enjoying the gameplay so much that finding the story is fun and exciting rather than being the only thing that keeps you going
-also add a glide button that dosen't make you have to jump again, when you forget to glide in some of the tighter platforming areas just die because you won't make it
Decision 8/10
While the story and music were wonderful and the controls were good for the most part the repetitive nature of the gameplay makes it hard for me to want to keep playing and eventually it just became a hunt for more story

Very good

The story was interesting enough to keep me playing and the music/mechanics/visuals of the game were great. Keep up the good work

sound is wonderful

I have three theories one is that he's just dreaming

but the second one is him going through memories

and the last one is he died in the fire on the first level

other than that is preety good but repetition is kinda hard on the hands
