An old and new project. I start it a LONG time ago, and kept loosing interest. BUT HERE IT IS. FINISHED. FINALLY. I transitioned from a mouse to a tablet during this, so the quality might change a bit. I hope you enjoy, as this took a lot of hard work to create. Thanks for the support to whoever followed my ill-updated thread at FluidAnims.

This is basically a tribute to Shock3 by Terkoiz. I realize it's not even close to as good, as I could've put more effort in, but I'm just glad that it's finally done :3

~ENJOY!

[EDIT]: Wow guys thanks for the Daily 4th Place! :3

Not too Shabby

Im a huge fan of stick figures so naturally i loved this clip. Had you left out the dogs squeaky toy sound effect I might still have my hearing!! I loved the detail in the fighting. Would have liked to see a more impressive animation for them warping to a different location rather than them just being in a new location. But all in all, this was a solid 8/10. Keep em comin!

Hey thanks! Yes I'll definitely use a less annoying sound next time xD A lot of people have told me they don't like it that much. I was trying to copy the sounds used in the other SHOCK animations, which I haven't seen for awhile, but I remember almost nailing the sound by combining a couple when I first started this. Thanks for the input, and I'll be sure to consider a sequel!

Men that was awsome

People who gave you a bad grade does not really know about sticks animation for that reason I give you 5 / 5 10/10, it is good, I really liked the beginning when, as in one second and to overcome many stickmans . I want to see a second part fuck yeah!!!

CaKeS1 responds:

Thanks for the encouragement! I'm considering a part 2, I really wish I added the ending I was originally going to add (which would've hinted at a sequel), but I'll just have to deal with it. And thanks for understanding stickman animations, there are a lot of people that don't understand them, I'm from FluidAnims, where EVERYONE knows a lot about stick animating!

*you're

it's you ARE an assassin

not your "an assassin" is on a rampage killing people.

CaKeS1 responds:

Yes this has become apparent from other people as well :P I'll make sure I get it right next time! And if I understood what you were saying correctly, then the assassin isn't on a rampage, the assassin is the guy attempting to kill the red guy (who is on a rampage).

eh...

It was ok, animation was smooth but the fighting was stale and the noise it made when they did that warping crap was annoying. This wasn't my cup of tea, but that's just me. Also I have say, dubstep /puke

CaKeS1 responds:

I'm sorry you don't like dubstep, unfortunately I LOVE it. Thanks for the input I'll be sure to make the fighting scenes more creative next time!

Your spelling...

...needs some work. I'm not really a fan of cheesy text dialogue in stick fights, so if you do use it, make sure it's spelt right. Other things to note were the cliche bad-guy-multiply move, and the complete mood change after the red guy kicks the blue guy - I found that a bit abrupt and pretty pointless.

There isn't a whole lot going for this Flash. Also, did the camera have to be shaking so much of the time? Try having something original in the fight, otherwise it's just too generic, and unfortunately gets a low score from me because of that.

CaKeS1 responds:

It's a bummer you don't enjoy it, but your untitled to your own opinion. However this is a tribute to a different animation, in which I wanted to bring out the feel of it (the teleporting, multiplying, etc.). And shaking the camera as much as I do is my style that I've used for a really long time, so I'm sorry if it doesn't please you, but I can see how it can get annoying. And I went through a stage when I thought spelling things wrong was funny/cool in animations, I'm not sure if that was the case for some of this (I started this a really long time ago), but I'll be sure to get it right next time.

Thanks for your criticism it really helps me improve.
