WARNING:
Google Chrome has a built-in Flash Player, and ever since the new update causes a sound glitch to happen. Before the update, it never occurred, yet it's the SAME file. Honest. Newgrounds has also noted other problems with the new Chrome update regarding Flash: http://www.newgrounds.com /bbs/topic/1265535
So... you might want to use a different browser until Google fixes this, unless they're too busy figuring out what the hell to do with G+ now.
EDIT: Issue seems to be fixed now. I did nothing.

Very amusing, very...cruel.
I always love me a good brain-testing game, and this one fit the description quite nicely.
The sound effects were also quite humourous...especially the not-so-common ones. -w-
And the level creator took the cake for me.
All-in-all, I recommend it for anyone, really, even those who don't like brain games.
They can just sit there and murder these guys all night....
Nicely done, Nutcasenightmare, you have made a very fun game. owo-b

The secret Medal is called "What."
It can be acquired by completing a level in the regular game with less moves than that of the Star.
There are videos on YouTube to show you how since explaining it would be far more confusing. =\

Love it. It's funny, challenging, and has the perfect amount of sadistic villainy. Perfect game to wind down to or to pass time.
