Second version of Wings of Fury, the remake of the original C64 game. A horizontal ww2 shooter in the pacific, pitched against planes, ships and ground forces from the empire of Japan.
5 missions are currently ready, more to come in the upcoming versions. A choice of weapons, enemy diversity and generally shooting the crap out ofeverything.

Important!: To complete al the first mission objectives, you have to land the plane back on the carrier, approach the flight deck from the left and keep your plane slightly above the flight deck in horizontal position.

Have Fun!

Update: Changed the controls to simple up and down

preferred the gameboy color version

Well, iguess everybody likes different sorts of controls, depending whether you played the game on an older system or the gameboy color (which i did)

I missed the possibility to fly faster or slower (left and right button) and the barrel-roll manouver which coul be turned into a looping (very useful against enemy planes)

well i guess you cant satisfy everyone.

otherwise good game.

That barrel roll always annoyed me a bit on the original version, sometimes you just kept flying around the enemy plane. The faster and slower buttons i will implement in the next version, to give a bit of extra strategy in the dogfights.

I had a great time playing this game!

I destroyed those ships...

I wish you had more levels, or a reason to stock up points(like leveling my planes or something), but I enjoyed this game and gave it 5/5 because it was fun destroying stuff.

Thanks for the fun half-hour!

Sort the controls out!!!

I remember the original, and the controls were far better! Sort that out and you've got a cracking game.

Due to popular demand, i reverted the controlls to the original. Just plain up and down now to control your plane.
