Edit: Fixed the audio. I guess I just don't understand cats.

Technical stuff: Done in Flash 8, at 24 fps almost entirely on one ones with next to no tweening for character animations. Everything was redrawn and re laid out with no tracing. Animated with symbols, no fbf drawing for the most part.

The idea: take the intro to MLP: FiM, and remake it with girls instead of ponies using the same constraints with characters and animation that the show has, which is why they all have the same basic shapes. When I started I planned to try and mimic the style of Milky Way and the Galaxy Girls, but I think ultimately I think I landed closer to Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. I hope you like it either way.

Theme is copyright to the show and hasbro and stuff.

Faustception. I see what you did there.

The basic idea of MLP: FiM characters as humans has been done before, but this is the first time I have seen the opening animation done with that premise.
The art work wasn't terrible and you did a good job of capturing the general attitude of the characters.

As a side note:
Powerpuff girls and Mrs. Foster in the background right after Twilight gets out of the blimp, along with a few I can't quite remember the names of, and Derpy in the loading screen tank.
I saw what you did there.

Great a show that I can enjoy without acusations

Nobody will say I'm into beastiality now! (I don't actually watch this show)
Seriously though great job this looks amazing and you really captured each character's personality well with their human counterparts.

Also this gets 10/10 for the Power Puff Girls!

Your work is awesome and you should feel awesome

The animation is quite fluid, the reimagining is solid and the nods to Faust's previous works are definitely a great touch. Srsly, if you're not working on the animation industry, you should.
