interesting

the idea of the game is interesting and the music fits it perfectly even though it is depressing but if the graphics has only been better or even maybe sum dialogue would hav made this good

Wow

I feel I can't let you get off easy with this, but it just appeals to me.

Making artsy games is a sure-fire way to get a submission into the portal, but this isn't just a rushed little game, I really like it. The use of music and abstract sounds really makes the game amazing.

The pixel arts is really pretty. It's well done, but the animations could without a doubt be a bit better, like the walking animation. I feel you could've done something more with it. Someone would say that adds to the minimalism of the game.

But really, the atmosphere this game creates is just amazing. Calm and disturbing both at once.

Very good at being cheap sentiment

For a moment I thought, I saw her again...
I'm in doubt how to rate this, because a huge part of the game is the mood; and a huge part of the mood is the music... Static effect is nice too. A couple of choices/alternate endings could have made it more enjoyable and/or psychedelic.
Maybe cheap, but very good at being cheap.

Appreciate the story-telling

Or at least the license you give the "player" to figure it out. But there were so many wonderful references ... the body "accompanying him" through the woods, the "destruction of her memory" with the shovel while killing the "investigator" or "lover/friend" (not sure), and the subtle glow of the police lights in the distance.

It was also nice to see that I didn't have to shoot myself, and that there were options.

Love the style of it for sure.
