Just wanted to share this "game" I created on how to do a Bench Press Set.

thats not how!!!!!!!!

good idea, but you are misinforming people! HERE'S HOW IT SHOULD BE DONE: lay on your back, have someone put as much weight on the bar as you think you can lift (someone else does this part so you don't have to strain yourself), when the weight is on wake yourself up and put your hands as close together on the bad as possible also as far to your left as possible, push up in a jerking spastic motion while holding your breath. Once you get it up, tip it to the side to bring it down. If you follow these instructions, you will be jacked in no time!

interesting

I gotta be honest here, I thought it was going to be a smash this button game. But I loved how you used the mouse movement to move the arms. I never would of thought of that. So major props for that.

Would love to see what else you can do.

lol speak of the devil

I just came back in from benching. I'm no expert but its good to include posture, where the hands should be placed, not to arch back, and most importantly have a spotter. Very informative. Not many people know how to lift.

The graphics were decent. Maybe some sounds indicating breath. This lacked in substance. More depth into lifting would have been nice. I hope you continue a series of this.

PS: I've lifted for about 3 years now and my max for bench is 245.

Thanks for the constructive critique. You are right I forgot about the posture and stuff. Impressive Max on the bench press.
