Working with the animation students at Brigham Young University has been a real treat. After much blood, sweat, and tears, we have finally completed Alight. We spent countless hours animating Sparker, the "fire boy," and Aquanna the "water girl," to get the effects and character animation looking just right. To us, they're almost real-life characters by now. We hope you enjoy this unique little piece of Flash animation, mixed with After Effects compositing.

This is so great.
You usually find this kind of movie as a really long boring version but this....
It was short,Well animated, great idea structure.
All I don't really like is...Why Can't Aquanna come back and fight the robot?
I wish you could make a series i'd sure buy it maybe they could find more elements.
This is so inspiring i must add the love and revenge is one of the greatest parts

This was one of the best animations I have ever seen. The emotion, story and even the music fit together in a perfect harmony of primal forces. No words in my vocabulary can ever describe the beuty of this piece of art. To the creator of "Alight", thank you.

A simple but emotional, almost lucid, story, no words in my vocabulary can express my joy in seeing this.
