Working with the animation students at Brigham Young University has been a real treat. After much blood, sweat, and tears, we have finally completed Alight. We spent countless hours animating Sparker, the "fire boy," and Aquanna the "water girl," to get the effects and character animation looking just right. To us, they're almost real-life characters by now. We hope you enjoy this unique little piece of Flash animation, mixed with After Effects compositing.

AWHHH!

This was pure Awesome XD. The animation was fluid and original, and I liked how the story was silent, sweet, and open to interpretation. 10/10 5/5 Best thing on the front page.

My interpretation of the ending: The sin of man(robot) + spirit(fire) + Life(Water) = Humanity

Astounding

Almost flawless, animation was perfectly fluid. It felt completely life like. Very original art work, beautiful music. This is incredibly professional, I like the mixture of style (Frame by frame, pseudo 3D, and rigging/tweening on the humanoid robot) everything blended so well. All of my praises to you.
