what the fuck?
The idea was good, but there were too many problems:
-Why the hell was everything spelled wrong?
-The graphics sucked
-Tom Fulp talked WAY too long at the end. You should've gotten back to the Josh Bend story and actually have the cop do the stuff that Fulp wanted. Maybe you should redo this toon so it is actually good.

Why God Why?
'Tis a pity that one such as yourself submits movies to The Portal. I bow my head in shame at the fact that the Good People of The Portal allow this to continue. Must we let this garbage become Number 1? Or even close? Must we let it be on the list? Must we let it stay? Thou must get drawing lessons, take a spelling class and think up a better plot.
