before you low vote this because you dont under..
..stand it, realize this was made back in 2002, when the story of Josh Bend (a wade and tom stalker) was arrested for stealing candy in PA was all over the newgrounds site. those were the good old days. The stories of josh bend are all over the bbs, take some time and do a search, instead of bitching that you dont get it.

OK then...
The strange, offbeat humor isn't for me. I guess I'm missing something, because it seems to be some sort of strange inside joke. Anyway, it did have good voice acting.
