Love the idea, but...
It needs some work. The language could be cleaned up a little bit, the difficulty could be dropped down a tad, and the whole "hold shift and click" thing only worked for me about a quarter of the time. I also had difficulty understanding how to acquire 3 stars on each level; I figured out it's a time thing, but once I got that down, I had trouble with the actual acquisition of stars. For example, it seemed impossible to beat level two with more than two stars, as the quickest it could be done was 17 seconds; I assume I needed 15 seconds for that final star? Also, lowering the speed of the game might make it a more enjoyable experience. I found that on level 6, I couldn't react quickly enough to defend either of my bases against the extremely hostile and aggressive Empire and Pirates. not even 30 seconds into it, everything I had was decimated, no matter how many times I tried the level.
Overall though, excellent concept and beautiful graphics. It's all elegant and fun in a simple sort of way, and I just love games like this. I'd love to play it if a little bit more work got put into it and actual NG medals (or at least something of value in game for earning medals) were added.

good anime style cover, but could you add medal and hiscore on NG version,at least it gives you more traffic here, thanks
