The Cannibals are coming in 10 days!

In that time you must build your economy to keep Robinson healthy, sane and happy, but most of all, prepare a fortress so when the cannibals come, you are defended.

This game was made in 3 days from scratch by "Team Happy Shack" for the July Newgrounds Game Jam.

I really like these sorts of games.

But things I would add would be:

Game mechanics.

I know you guys had three days, but I'm sure sacrificing a bit more time to explain that people could use the WASD, Arrows, or Mouse would have been helpful as well as explaining how to use the Menu features to Eat, and Build.

Because these weren't there, I had to die a few times.

I would also add in different campaigns for those who are new to this or for those who believe themselves advanced enough to finish this sooner. Even an Unlimited/Survival campaign would have been a nice addition.

I would like to see an Auto-save or just a Save feature.

I would like to come back where I left off instead of having to start over again.

Now for the gameplay, I got a bit annoyed when Robinson would experience instances where he had bursts of speed, and then when you're in the wooded area, he tends to slow down.

Another thing I would change are the Pick-up options for items and actions. I think if we click on it, we should automatically have it or execute the action. The only exception I could give would be for the River where you can fish and retrieve water.

That's about it. If you decide to make another Strategy/Time Management game like this, I would really like it if you could add some of the features I suggested since I'm sure people would enjoy your games more by implementing them.

It's a pretty good game but it's impossible.
It looks fun but i think you guys should learn to Test the game before publishing it.
If he's feeling sleepy and you arebuilding a bed, he eels hungry.
So you go to get something to eat but then he feels thirsty, so you go take materials to- nope. You die.

The only way to play this game is on ArcadePreHacks. Sorry.

Maybe I'm not good at this game. But I feel over stressed when I play this. It feels like the days are to short and that Robinson just gets to thirsty/tired/hungry why to fast. I gave it a five, since this is the kind of game I would love to play and you guys have done a really good job with just 3 days. But I would love to play this game in a bit slower pace :)
