Here is our entry for the Game Jam 5, with the theme 'Literature'!
Due to my illiteracy I could only think of a kids tale!
Once upon a time, there was a little girl named Goldilocks. She went for a walk in the forest. Pretty soon, she came upon a house. She knocked and, when no one answered, she walked right in.
Scattered around the house, she saw porridge and chairs, and she was all "shewt, I'm hawngry as hell and want to break something." Which is what she proceeded to do...

I want to like it but unforgivingly difficult
PROS
-made me laugh
-good concept really makes me want to like it
-controls work well enough
CONS
-the difficulty, once the bears get fast the game becomes an ultimate challenge why im not normally one to complain about difficulty this was unfair most of the time, the bears get so fast avoiding them becomes impossible and if you are in one room and papa bear walks in and mama bear is on the other side you have no chance to survive
-you can get stuck on to many objects and be killed cheaply
-Papa bears circle is too big if your trapped in a room with pap bear blocking you you can't escape even on full speed

I really want to like this game and when i started and Papa bear yelled about goldilocks eating the porridge i laughed but then i was unfairly killed killed over and over again and i just couldn't like it. Good game for the amount of time you had to make it but if you ever revisit this game just take away the randomness and make things alittle easier

awesome ... almost
this is an awesome game that just needs to be improved a little... with the vicious looks of the bears i expected when they caught me to be ravagedly eaten or some adjective to describe being eaten horribly... unless its supposed to be a childrens game...

Good game, just a few play through problems
First things first- I enjoyed this game a lot, and as it is part of the Game Jam, it works very well. That said, two problems.
1) You should make it clearer that you can't go outside, like the Bears can. It gets too easy to get trapped if the player doesn't recognize that fact.
2) It is also too easy to get trapped when the Bears are coming from two directions. At that point it becomes practically impossible to win. And as there patterns seem to be random, it is hard to avoid this situation.
However- the game was simple controls and easy to use. A little more work, and it would deserve a 9 on my scale.
Hah you reminded me, I completely forgot to add a ''you can't go outside'' message when you try!
Yeah there is alot of randomness involved so there may be a playthrough that is impossible, or other times you might brisk through it! I might update this to be more fine tuned at some point..
