This has a lot of potential. I like the idea of controlling the resources and the members of the crew, but there was one thing missing...
TUTORIALS!
I didn't know what half the items I was picking up even were, or what this was a means to the end of. Perhaps I didn't play for long enough, but that's a point in itself.
Good start...
You've got a good solid concept here, the main problem is the art. It's hard to see what's going on if everything looks basically the same. A simple tutorial explaining all the different aspects of the game would be nice too, as it was a little hard to understand what was going on.
I'm taking this as kind of a tech demo, you've proven that you can make a good game, now find yourself an artist to make people WANT to play it more.
The music didn't really fit the pacing of the game at all, which is also something that needs to be changed.

Music: None, please add some in the future to make this game more enjoyable.
Graphics: Could be better, the ship isn't the best graphics either.
Concept: Go down into the abyss with a ship that evolves, very interesting and "hooks" the gamer into playing it.
Final note: I don't really like the tiny little squares to be honest. It's mainly because my computer is super slow so when I click too fast it practically freezes on me. I look forward to playing it though. It makes it more challenging I guess.

for an unkknown artist, it does need better animations but its controls arent that bad and its not annoying, color is well coated, i guess, and its all in all well put together, but teh actaul concept isnt very good to begin with
