Haven't done anything in a while...
So I'm getting a bit rusty needless to say...

First off let me say this flash isn't meant to be offensive but inspiring.
Its meaning is that we should stop obeying and just do your own thing.
People are influenced by so many factors that they forget to follow there hearts and stop the hate.
You shouldn't believe everything you are told.

Anyways with that being said... I hope you enjoy and please feel free to leave KIND comments.
If you want to argue and complain, comment somewhere else.

It won't get higher from me because I feel there is too much tweening.
Now i want to go to ABS an watch the one that came out like 5 years ago. . .

It lacks but you could really do something good in the future if you improve off of this.

I've got to admit it's getting better, a little better all the time ... as john lennon would say (Or was it paul?) anyways...
Thanks for your constructive criticism though... It really does help to hear the good with the bad as long as its not all bad.... its better then just saying it sucks...

In itself, this is a pretty good flash, but it stands in the awkward position of having to be compared to the first flash I saw to this song, by Spinnerdisc. I'll say up front that the artwork and detailing on your vid is far more advanced, but the charm that Spinnerdisc's video had was that every image fit the song in both timing and words, creating a lovely unity with the music.
This video lacks that.
Oh, it's there occasionally, such as the 'stars' appearing in time with the string plucks, and at a few other junctions, but it's fragmented and creates the sense that the image is only loosely connected to the song, but still stuck here and there with a few erratic seams.
The animation seems 'overly tweened', which is not to say that you used too many tweens, but rather that their use was inexperienced and unsure.
At other times the animation seemed unambitious: I liked the part where the lines suddenly visually transform into strings by being plucked, but any part of the screen at that point where strings aren't being plucked is empty and dead, lacking some extra filling. A bit anticlimactic after such elaborate graphics in the previous moments.
There's plenty potential in there, though. I suggest that you experiment with tweens some more, work on your frame-by-frame a little extra, and experience what I mean by seeing yourself improve.
It shouldn't be too hard, but that doesn't mean it's not going to take time and effort.
Good luck!
