good presentation of very unreliable information

The information is presented very nicely: great illustrations that supplement the talking nicely, and the voice is very clear (but the talking is unnecessarily fast).

But it is saturated with claims that are not supported by any serious scientific sources (the only source you've actually listed is a blog that does not cite any of its own sources. And technically that alone leaves your claims zero credibility). Therefore I can not take it seriously. The claims that binaural beats have any measurable effect that is not a result of 1. placebo or 2. the meditation itself are perhaps the most ridiculous.

helpful but short

This lesson was about half as long as usual, but very helpful and descriptive.

Helpful

You explained binaural beats better than what I was able to learn on my own. And the quick shift in focus to something the viewer can try personally was nice. I wasn't aware that Monroe had done anything outside of founding his institute and Hemi-sync.

I also liked that you helped educate on the actual history and original purpose of meditation, since most people, even those who meditate regularly, aren't aware of it. This lesson a bit short compared to the others but the information came across very well. Keep it up. :D
