Here is episode 4, and it's kind of long. About 20 mins if you take the time to read all the text. So I added some scene select buttons. Episode 5 will be a while because I've just barely begun brainstorming for it.

HOLY CRAP! A DARK MAGICARP!!! theyre doomed for sure....lol i just noticed it...awesome series BTW big fan of pkmn games and agree with some reviews that new ones should be based on your work :p

I think I knowwho the master and/or Cloud maker is
There are only 5 pokemon that could cause the chaos clouds and get others to follow them. All legendrys.
1. Mewtwo - Reamber what he was like in the first film, he wanted all humans dead.
2. Rayquaza - Weather control pokemon and one of the strongest legendrys yet
3. Darkrai - Consider one of the evilest pokemon in all games even with no bad trainer.
4. Giratina - This pokemon was banished for its darkness. Plus it can travel almost anywhere.
5. Arceus - The pokemon of justice and said to be the most powerful legendry ever. And he just seems like a suspect.
I might be wrong however so don't hold my word for it. Epic series thougt Mate I look forward to ep 7.
Nice guesses. I can't confirm or deny any of them. Any hint I give to who it is might give it away. You'll just have to wait and see. The only thing I can tell you is that it's not someone I made up.

Nice, but I have two questions to bring up...
This episode is great, but there are things in here that bring up two questions...
1. How would releasing the Pokemon be better? They'd turn into serial killers.
2. What did the Zoroark do to the two people? They fell down, but there was no blood animation. Did he kill them or what?
Please respond.
True, they would turn into dangerous Dark Pokemon, but at least they'd live. And the process isn't completely irreversible (Gardevoi started as a Dark Pokemon).
And yes, Zoroark killed them. I'm keeping this series at an e rating so I can't add gore.
