Enjoy a sport that has been the pass-time of kings, hunters and warriors for 4000 years!

George Plimpton's Video Falconry was brought to our attention by the Judge John Hodgman podcast. Originally made for the Colecovision in 1983, we've gone to great lengths to painstakingly port one of the few existing copies.

And a hot plate!

Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought I'd ever see a video game starring George Plimpton (and here I was thinking that I was one of the few people on Earth who knew who he was)! Once again, Newgrounds has made me laugh more than I have in a looong time.

Awesome music, awesome gameplay... just all around great.

George Plimpton is marvelous!

I didn't know all this about George Plimpton, thank you for your beautiful history lesson and for going to all the trouble to find the game. Thank you for simplifying the control system somewhat from the original too.

Awesome

Been around since pong and have owned every console since. Christ, after Tank Battle(A little known tank console that sported dual sets of handles), I owned an inntelivision. Then came Colecovision,..or an Atari 5200,..cant remember. Anyway, thanks for the homage. Maybe next you can make a Vectres homage,..like Star Castle.
