I have to say! Your a frame by frame genius!!
I have to ask..since I do a lot of frame by frame too.
Did you get this good with just pure diligence and practice?
Or do you have some secret?

diligence, I watch a hell of a lot of animation, read a lot of books and get a lot of feedback from professionals. I think the most important thing to do is take criticism well and surround yourself with people you think are better than you. You can sneakily watch them over their shoulder and they're skills kind of rub off on you.
Oh, and the other thing is that you need to know that you keep getting better, look at your drawings from six months ago and you'll see where you've improved. This is still true for me and I'm 31. :)
