-Skins selected from the browser will be loaded into the voting screen rather than the editor.

If you can't play this again, you can find it on flashpointproject.github.io/flashpoint-database/search and download it to play locally with your own flashplayer or use their app. It was still able to load and save files just fine for me!
I remember using this to create skins, most of them were cruddy though. My older brother used to use it for his skins, and if I remember correctly he still does.
i remember entering newgrounds as a kid to make a skin here, best minecraft skin maker ever after some years, still a good classic
