It Was Good...
But as some have said, you tried too hard for the comedy, and there were quite few lines that actually made me laugh, such as the end where the soldier said "I'll Eat Your Corpse" and then blasted the Captain (or whoever he was).
Nice try with those jokes, though. Nice animation, I like what you had to say about that soldier and the captain (he eats corpses lol), liked the background music and the sound of Nyan Cats falling from the sky. Really liked that. You also could have focused more on the Nyan Cats invading. You just have two guys talking back and forth about eating corpses and wondering about aliens from outer space. The animation was also quite smooth and the mouth movements were good :D

Voice change?
Did the voices change halfway through?
They did! Well spotted. I had to redo some bits near the end. Without realising it the microphone quality was significantly improved the second time round

A lot of misused potential.
I can clearly see how much effort you put into this and frankly it's nice.
But the rhythm of the story is somewhat boring and trying to hard to be funny.
The animation is great.
The idea is original.
The humor is pushing and tiring eventually.
The punch "I will eat your corpse" is trying to be random but expected.
Animation is great just work on your scripting a litlle.
Despite what I said it will get a mark, at least 5th place because it is good.

WHAT?!?!?!?!?!
The dialogue seemed reminiscent of Llamas With Hats like the whole thing. Kind of disappointed with the absence of actual Nyan Cat vs Human aspect. All in all it was put together well and was praying for the two soldiers to just eat the hell out of the Nyan Cat, but the ending was funny (I'm a fan of abrupt humor). The Final picture has to be the funniest thing I've seen in a while. Perhaps a sequel is in order?
