Umm...
I'm sorry, I'm sure this is a meant to test your Flash skills as this is is your first animation, but there's just not a lot going on here. The art was OK, but the animation was really choppy. Try adding some extra frames in there to make it more natural. The sound effects were also off.
I'm fairly new to Flash as well and have yet to upload anything, so I'm not being to harsh on you. Just try to work harder at it.

Could have been better
The water sound also sounds as if the dude was fishing in a stream. The animation looks like he's fishing in an ocean. You could redraw the scene to make it look like a small stream though, so we can be more surprised to see a big fish, to come from a little body of water.
The smaller the body of water, the smaller the fish, right?
I can only hope you can read this...
what happens is that I did not find the right sounds, but I thank you for the advice, I will make every effort to improve.

English would be nice!
The animation was okay maybe you could make it a little longer, and maybe you should submit this on a foreign flash portal or use google translate or something. But anyway it was 'Okay' but not the best flash submission on newgrounds, I sound a bit mixed but it was an okay animation and an okay flash, its 'Almost great' for a start, keep on with the good work and maybe you could be one of the newground greats.
7/10.
