Poofed is a game created for the University of Washington's games capstone course. We drafted several ideas originally, all of them actually very different from the game you see now. The project was arduous, but ultimately we're very proud of Poofed.
We always knew we wanted to create a puzzle game and we started with simply directing fireballs to torches. As the game developed though, we brainstormed other things we could do and the Poof world where you transform into different Elementals formed. We like our game, and we hope you do too.

Fun, clever, and also a good challenge
I'm not yet done with the game, but I've had a lot of fun with it. It's a pretty unique little puzzle game. I'm not sure why so many reviews are complaining about the music, I think it sounds great. I LOVE the intro video, I like the little bits of humor throughout the tutorials and dialog, and I enjoy that the levels are pretty varied.
My one point of criticism is the file size. I'm not sure how feasible it is to cut it down below 10 megs, but it's a bottleneck for me (with no access to high speed internet). Maybe such a situation isn't worth catering to anymore, though.

decent game
it was pretty fun for a while but aslo bit too easy
