Dear future Dave, next TOFA entry, try not to make it too dialogue centric!
This is my entry to the Newgrounds Tournament of Flash Animators (TOFA) 2011 Open Round. The theme was to "Create a Game Show" and I only had 3 weeks to do this (it was actually only 2 weeks for me because I kind of goofed off the first week.)
This was based off of a movie my three friends, Matt, Ty and Mike made back in High School called "Amateur Film" where Tom, my twin brother, left to go do something, and my friends were bored and wanted to make a movie, so they kept pitching ideas for a movie, and each pitch would get a little cut away scene that would show why that kind of movie cant (or shouldn't) be done. I personally thought it was pure genius, but I wasn't a part of it! So when I saw this TOFA theme come up, I thought that I could make the spiritual successor to it by making this idea.
All roles have been reprized, just the setting is different. I hope you enjoy!

Pretty good
Have to say, the fluidity of the animation in some parts was excellent, sound quality was relatively good, just the comedic factor needed working on. You've got the technical side of things worked out, if you could just touch up on the storyline, i'm sure you would have a near perfect masterpiece. Job well done

excellent and fluid animations, i liked the voices but....is the same one?? good sense of humor :D
The same one as what? lol Here are some answers?
If you mean the Host and Tom sound the same, thats because those voices were done by me and my Twin, so yeah lol.
If you mean ALL the voices, man that guy would be talented! lol No, it was me, my twin brother, and three of my friends.
If you mean the same voices as one of my previous entries (like "One Wish Upon a Star") you would be correct.
If none of these are what you're seeking, I guess look through the names in the credits? Just trying to help clarify. :3 Glad you enjoyed!!!

Great!
Yeah really! The animation was good, the story too. Theonly problem in this animation is the voice acting (but i know you and your friend are the voice actor so i understand why it isn't "profesional"). Backgrounds with real images is interesting idea but the quality is horrible.
But still really good!

Fix your BGs
Don't use bitmaps, actually draw them
Yeah, I was trying something new this time around, trying to mimic Archer a little bit. They did turn out a little blurry in the end though. Im MAYBE going to try one more time with this style as its time efficient (and looks better than my normal backgrounds lol) but it may not last.
